Warranty

 

BATHTUBS AND TILE WALLS have a 5 year warranty on the bonding of the glaze (Peeling, Flaking, or Crazing ***Note: Peeling, Flaking, or Crazing will not occur if cleaning instructions are followed).

BATHROOM SINKS, SHOWER PANS AND BATHROOM COUNTERS have a 2 year warranty on the bonding of the glaze (Peeling, Flaking, Crazing).

Kitchen Counters have a 1 year warranty on the bonding of the glaze (Peeling, Flaking, Crazing).

Kitchen Sinks do not have a warranty on the bonding of the glaze (Peeling, Flaking, Crazing).

 

Limited Warranty Will Not Cover...

 

CRACKING of the grout under the glaze due to structural movement caused by earth movement or tub movement due to the weight of a person or water in the unit.

DAMAGE of the unit due to usage of unit prior to full curing time.

FAULTY PLUMBING such as leaking faucets or clogged drains. We are not licensed plumbers. If we remove any plumbing at your request, it is done as a courtesy and we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs. Also, if drains become clogged, do not pour any drain cleaner into the unit. These cleaners will damage the glaze. Call a good plumber to unclog your drains.

CHIPS AND SCRATCHES caused by customer abuse or mistreatment of the units, tools being placed int the unit or falling objects.

FADING OR STAINING due to chemical dyes used in the unit.

PAINT AND WALLPAPER around your unit will have to be masked off during the glazing to protect it. If you must re-paint or re-wallpaper, please shedule it before the glazing.
